The P&Z Department assigns new rural addresses in the County, assigns names to new roads, and administers the E911 system for the County. The P&Z Department also coordinates the activities of the Chaves County Public Lands Advisory Committee.

Submittals must be received 30 days before the first meeting date of the month.
Packets are mailed to members of each commission one-week prior to the scheduled meeting for that commission.
